Wholesale catalogue and pricing
Products are sold as complete bundles and are subject to the displayed minimum order quantity. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and may change before an order is placed. Taxes, delivery charges, and the final payable total are shown at checkout where applicable.
Product information
We aim to display accurate descriptions, prices, availability, and photographs. Colours and textures may vary slightly because of photography, screen settings, and the nature of textiles. Minor weaving or handcrafted irregularities are not treated as defects.
Orders and payments
An order is accepted only after successful payment and confirmation from Qiyara. We may contact you to clarify an order or cancel and refund it if a product becomes unavailable, pricing is incorrect, payment is not verified, or fraud is suspected.
Buyer responsibilities
You must provide accurate business, billing, contact, and delivery information and review the bundle, quantity, price, delivery address, and applicable policies before payment.
Liability and changes
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier or events outside our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, Qiyara is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised effective date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Udaipur, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer or commercial law.
