Dispatch time
Each bundle shows its expected dispatch status before purchase. “Ready to dispatch” products are prepared for prompt fulfilment after payment and order confirmation. Products marked “Dispatch will take 7 to 9 days” require approximately 7–9 business days before handover to the courier.
Delivery within India
After dispatch, domestic delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier serviceability. Dispatch and delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated using the delivery PIN code, destination state, package details, and available courier service, and are shown before payment.
Tracking
Tracking information will be shared by email, SMS, or WhatsApp after dispatch. Courier tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
Address and delivery issues
Please provide a complete and accurate address, phone number, and PIN code. Re-shipping charges may apply when a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts.
Delays and package checks
Courier delays, weather, holidays, service disruptions, and events beyond our control may extend delivery time. Please record a continuous opening video showing the sealed parcel, shipping label, and all contents; it is required for damaged, missing, or incorrect-item claims.
